三峽有個白雞山，沒聽過！有個祖師廟、李梅樹我倒清楚，輸入關鍵字查詢，資訊也不多，真的有好吃的東西嗎？不如就去看看吧！
從新竹台三線穿過蜿蜒的山路，抵達龍潭，從龍潭交流道上二高（福高），不一會兒在樹林收費站前便抵達了三峽交流道，每每經過這邊只看到恩主宮醫院矗立在路旁，旁邊盡是台北科技大學的校舍空地，現在又多了菲哥代言的※翔芭里島，只是我還是看不到有關於白雞山的身影和路標。
循著鎮公所地圖上的只是應該是這樣東轉在西轉啊，沿路一直看到李梅樹美術館、祖師廟的標誌，但是我們卻無心戀棧，因為沒吃早餐的我們在中午時分是飢餓異常，心靈層面的饗宴，並無法滿足我們的飽慾之求。好不容易在紅綠燈的路口看到了「白雞」的指標，但是看著前面塞車的景向，卻讓我們開心不起來，不會大家都要去白雞山拜拜吧！是遇到神明生日嗎？會不會太巧了！要不要換個地方吃飯？這樣的聲音隨著車陣緩慢的前進，一直在我的耳邊響起，沒有消失！好不容易在三叉路口看到了7-11的標誌，左轉的車輛算是少數，大多數的車輛都開往大溪方向，呼～還好！只是這樣的興奮並沒有維持太久，大約往山區開了10分鐘後，又看到前面車輛亮起紅色的煞車燈。
要停在路邊走上去嗎？不知道用走的還要走多久？路邊停車會不會很危險？上面應該會有免費停車位吧？路旁邊的「每次40元」停車標誌，一定是附近的居民想要分一杯羹才做出的舉動，不要被騙了！到最後才發現我們一直在自己騙自己。500公尺的路程塞了快要二十分鐘，終於看到了鎮公所所屬白雞山停車場，耶！旁邊的看板～「記次停車40元」，我哩勒﹪※＃＆……。既然來了那就算了，下次知道提早停路邊好了！
停車場還算寬敞，大約可以停放五、六百台的車輛，拾著階梯往上，不久便看到榮景繁華的商店家，從來沒有看過廟宇旁邊的商店街可以經營的如此龐大和興盛，幾乎每一家的生意都相當不錯。有「青草茶」、「茶葉行」、「切仔麵」等，不過我們的最終目標是「滷豆干」。從面對廟宇左側的樓梯上來，不久後便可看到「吳媽媽」的標示，記得網路上有介紹過這一間，只是怎麼會一個人都沒有～～看來還是去找另一家人家推薦的「樓梯下轉角」的那間店吧！就在失望之餘，轉個彎後又看到了跟「吳媽媽」一樣的標誌，懸掛在我們的頭頂上，看了看門口排隊的人潮，耶！那就試吃這一間吧！跟臉盆一樣大的鐵盆，放在火爐上加熱（當然有電銲住，不然會被翻倒）上面的材料琳瑯滿目，每一種都看起來好好吃喔！叫胖子去夾給老闆算錢，誰知道店家只有提供長筷讓我們使用，加上胖子的手部並不是相當靈活，看來還是換我出手吧！耶！夾到了豆干、素雞，還有玉米，ㄣ～怎麼夾不起來，在試一次～～，老闆你們的東西好難夾喔！「不會啊！你看」ㄟ～～「還要什麼？」每種都給我來一個吧！咻～咻～咻～！一轉眼，全部的料理已經都在我們的盤子裡了！有點像食神淪落菜市場的感覺，怎麼整個市場的人都臥虎藏龍一般，不可小覷！淋上了蒜頭醬油（算是葷醬，另外有素醬），拿著小板凳便在樹下吃了起來！
我們一共拿了玉米、香菇、杏鮑菇、百頁豆腐、素雞（跟豆干很像，有點像不規則圓柱狀）、素肚（有點像旗竿頂端的塑膠圓頭）、當然還有最有名的大溪豆干（不過跟大溪的料理方式不同），一共200元，跟平地的知名魯味攤比起來，個人覺得還算便宜！重點是感覺相當的棒！每一種吃起來都別有特色，更不會有味素添加過量、多鹽的負擔。不一會功夫，全部的料理都已經下肚，煞是好吃！辛苦是有代價的，歷經了漫長的車陣，幾場的天人交戰，終於天使還是戰勝了惡魔，讓我們在失望之餘，吃到了這令人我魂縈再三的美味，你問我下次會不會再去吃？會！！I WILL BE BACK，只是下次我會盡快的車子停在路旁民家的停車場。飲足飯飽後，就上山拜拜一探「仁脩宮」窺奧去！（強烈建議樓梯下的青草茶不要喝，一杯30，苦澀無味～～）

Colin Miller is a joke. No class. Zero. Shaun Saiko did more for soccer and for FCE fans than CM could ever dream of achieving. plus, he could score a goal or two. And I have now been reliably informed that north of the river, 6 households are remaining in the Red Zone, and south of the river, there are 5. These families would not have made their decisions lightly. And we all know that there are many more red-zoned sections in Kaiapoi that should never have been zoned thus, and could be suitable for future residential use. Let's not get too carried away with our ideas until the possible future use for these as Residential has been properly examined.
